Balestrand is known for its magnificent scenery and clean air. When traveling to Balestrand, you travel through some of the most spectacular scenery Norway has, this is in itself a memorable experience.

Sjøtun Camping is located 1 km from the center where you can find bank, post office, health center and shops. The campsite is located near the mighty Sognefjord. Balestrand has many fine build trails, so space is a good starting point for mountain walks, strolling along the fjord, swimming and fishing.
Sanitary building at Sjøtun Camping has toilets, hot showers, kitchen, washer, dryer and a kiosk. Sanitary building was renovated and upgraded in 2010. No additional cost for the use of hot water. There are 40 tent or RV campers.
Sjøtun Camping has 11 cabins classified with **. These are equipped with electric lights, stove, heater and refrigerator. (No cutlery or pots). WC / shower and running water in the sanitary building.
